Welcome to Irrigation & More. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services

Irrigation & More provides professional services including:

  • Large-scale landscape installations

  • Commercial and residential irrigation systems

  • Outdoor enhancements, including hardscapes, water features, lighting, and patios

All services are offered for commercial properties and large-scale residential estates. We do not provide maintenance services.

2. Project Estimates and Approvals

  • All projects begin with a consultation and written estimate.

  • Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Work will commence only after client approval of the estimate and any required deposits.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payments are due as outlined in your signed estimate or contract.

  • For commercial projects, deposits may be required before scheduling work.

  • Final payment is due upon project completion, unless otherwise specified in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods: check, credit card, & ACH.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide access to the property during scheduled work hours

  • Disclose any known underground utilities or hazards

  • Approve changes in scope or design in writing

5. Project Timeline

  • Estimated timelines are provided for planning purposes.

  • Delays may occur due to weather, supply issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • We will communicate any significant delays promptly.

6. Warranties and Liability

  • Irrigation & More warrants that work will be performed professionally and in accordance with industry standards.

  • Materials are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated.

  • We are not liable for damage caused by acts of nature, misuse, or modifications made by others after project completion.

7. Changes and Cancellations

  • Any changes to the project scope must be documented and approved by both parties.

  • Cancellations may be subject to fees depending on the stage of work and materials purchased.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
